談課程設計如何轉為可研究的問題、學生與 AI 互動所留下的學習軌跡能作為哪些成效證據，並以優學院（Uedu）實機示範。
聚焦研究設計本身：研究問題的收斂、教學介入與評量工具的對應關係、資料蒐集的可行性；Uedu 以「可以怎麼支援這些設計」的角度呈現。
與李奎皓（國立清華大學）、李庭育（Mitsubishi Electric）共同主講。講的是方法本身，Uedu 只是被拿來當作已實際運行的案例。
3.5 小時實作型工作坊，完整走過教學活動設計、資料蒐集到學習分析的循環。與會教師事先提供任教課程大綱，示範直接對著各自的課程進行。
